Intermediate Processing

The collected waste is carefully sorted and processed using crushers and melting machines, with a focus on recycling wood waste and plastic waste into fuel chips. Additionally, we manufacture Recycled Paper & Plastic Fuel (RPF), a high-calorie recycled solid fuel made from waste plastics, used paper, wood waste, and textile waste.

Intermediate Processing with Crushers

Crushers are used to process wood waste and plastic waste. To prevent foreign material contamination, the waste is manually pre-sorted, and wood waste undergoes pre-processing with heavy machinery before being fed into the crushers. Metal scrap is removed using magnetic separators, and the processed wood waste and plastic waste are reused as fuel chips.

RPF Manufacturing

RPF, short for Refuse Paper & Plastic Fuel, is a high-calorie recycled solid fuel made from non-chlorinated waste plastics, used paper, wood waste, and textile waste, which are deemed difficult to recycle materially. It has a low moisture content, excellent storage properties, a low risk of spontaneous combustion, and easy heat adjustment. RPF is gaining significant attention as a substitute for fossil fuels such as coal, coke, and heavy oil. Our company conducts analysis of chlorine and sulfur content using X-ray fluorescence analyzers, ensuring that the RPF meets the required standards.
